Orwell Offshore employs personnel with extensive experience in office engineering design and site fabrication/installation of offshore production, diving modules and laydown platforms. Recently, engineering design was undertaken with the appropriate class approval to produce utility and water injection modules for application on the Rubicon Vantage FPSO.
