Orwell’s generic FPSO Flare Tower design can be custom engineered to the latest DNV, ANSI and API standards to meet our customers’ specific FPSO/platform and piping requirements.

Our own in house engineering staff use combined 3D CAD modelling with structural analysis to custom design the Flare Tower which also allows optimisation of material requirements providing value for money solutions.   

Orwell Offshore can supply clients with a design pack to allow fabrication locally or supply the product, as required.  

Our Naval Architects have considerable experience in engineering the integration with the facility, in particular for FPSOs where dynamic accelerations and hull strength are important considerations.
