The ‘Havila Harmony’, on charter from TS Marine to Petroleum Development Consultants, was converted with the aid of Orwell Offshore personnel to an Installation Support Vessel (ISV) for phase two of the Puffin Field Subsea Installation in the Timor Sea.

The engineering undertaken by Orwell Offshore personnel included the following:

• Relocation of original ships' structures
• Fabrication and installation of flexible lay spread support structure and layover arch
• Function test and commissioning of flexible lay spread
• Fabrication and installation of additional mezzanine deck
• Installation and function test of A&R winch and HPU unit
• Load and seafastening of flexible lay spread, rigging containers, project installation and permanent materials

The mobilisation was carried out over a 3-4 week period at Loyang Offshore Supply Base, Singapore and was supported by Orwell personnel.
