The Rem Etive is a DP2 multi-purpose offshore support vessel and the latest addition to TS Marine’s South East Asia fleet. A new removable mezzanine deck to support diving equipment has been designed by Orwell Offshore to give the vessel the additional capability of being a Dive Support Vessel.

Orwell Offshore was commissioned to undertake design, fabrication and installation of the new deck which included:

• Finite Element Analysis of the vessel and deck
• Design of the removable deck
• Foundation design and checking of the ship’s hull
• Management of Classification Society approval
• Management of fabrication and installation through the Singapore Office
