Orwell Offshore provided marine personnel to Technip Subsea 7 Joint venture to assist with the planning and execution of the marine operations associated with the FPSO holding operations during the Phase 1 riser replacement. The work included preparation of equipment lists and procedures, surveys of the proposed vessels and acting as Towmaster during the holdback operations.
